Licensing requirements, food safety, and liability insurance will be covered by presenters, including: Dr. Beth Calder, Food Science Specialist for the University of Maine Cooperative Extension and Lindsay Werner, Maine Department of Agriculture, Conservation & Forestry. A panel of producers will present and discuss their business and licensing decisions.
